Felecia Lamison, MBA, is the Founder & Principal of 4 Lamison Marketing Group. She brings 20+ years of experience across B2B technology and services to growing businesses that need senior marketing leadership — without a full-time hire.
Her Story

Felecia spent her career as a corporate marketing executive — leading teams, managing complex programs, and driving results in high-stakes environments across B2B technology and services.
Along the way she saw the same pattern again and again: busy marketing that never quite added up. Campaigns, channels, and partners each running on their own plan, with no clear line back to growth.

Four brothers, one idea.
I married into a large family where my husband is one of 4 brothers, and much like organizations, their relationship showcases togetherness, teamwork, navigating difference of opinions all while working together.
Being from a small family, they welcomed me in with open arms and immediately made me feel like family, I wanted to combine the things that bring me joy; honoring legacy and driving marketing impact.
